Our Response Process
Step 1:
Within 24 Hours, we'll review your submission and reach out via email or phone (your preference) to schedule a time for your discovery call.
Step 2:
Before the call, we'll send a calendar invite with a brief agenda so you know what to expect and can come prepared with your key questions.
Step 3:
During the call, we'll spend 30 minutes understanding your challenges, discussing potential approaches, and determining if we're the right fit to help.
Step 4:
After the call, if we're aligned, we'll outline next steps (preliminary assessment, proposal, etc.). If not, you'll still walk away with valuable insights and recommendations.
No pressure. No obligation. Just an honest conversation about your IT and AI strategy.
Common Questions About Discovery Calls
Q: Is the discovery call really free?
A: Yes. There's no charge for the initial 30-minute conversation. We want to make sure we're the right fit before either of us invests time and resources.
Q: Do I need to prepare anything in advance?
A: Not required, but helpful: a general sense of your IT challenges, strategic goals, and what you're hoping to accomplish. The more context you provide, the more valuable the call will be.
Q: What if I'm not ready to commit to a project yet?
A: That's completely fine. Many of our best client relationships started with an exploratory conversation that didn't lead to immediate engagement. We're here when you're ready.
Q: Can I bring others from my team to the call?
A: Absolutely. If you'd like your CFO, COO, IT manager, or other stakeholders to join, just let us know when we schedule.
Q: What if we're not a good fit?
A: We'll tell you honestly if we don't think we can help. We'd rather be straightforward than waste your time or ours. And we'll do our best to point you in the right direction even if we're not the solution.
